Valentine's Day Notice

Dear Valued Customers,
If you plan to order flowers during Valentine’s Day, please carefully read the following important information:

  1. From February 9 to February 16, orders can only be placed through the "Valentine's Day" category. 
  2. Our delivery area is downtown only, and the delivery fee is $20.
  3. Pickup is strongly recommended. If delivery is required, please make sure to provide both the sender’s and recipient’s name and phone number.

    For apartment addresses, please include the buzzer code if available.

  4. If you would like to add a card, please keep the message short, as all cards are handwritten, not printed.

  5. If the delivery address is outside downtown, please contact us via WhatsApp or WeChat by sending a text message. We will assist you with arranging delivery separately.
